The store is open from now until October 14th so get it while it's HOT! Here is the link for the apparel! We won't have another apparel order until track season so do not forget to order your fresh new gear!

Here are the results for the meet on Saturday! Congrats to Patrick Fasick, Alex Grabowski, Evan Henry and Luke Kubasta who all competed and represented for some of us cows who couldn't make it.

 

FRUN TO IAN'S

There will be a FRUN on Friday !!!! AHHHH!! Meet at P&L at 6:30pm! We will be running in one big herd to get some Ian's pizza!

Keep your schedule clear for the corn maze on Friday, October 25th! It's a great opportunity to get a pumpkin, drink some cider, eat a caramel apple...what could be better. Oh yes that's right, a ~pancake breakfast~ after the long run on Sunday, October 27th at the cow haus! yummy!

DISTANCE 3-7 miles easy 2- 3 sets of 600-600-400-400-200 at 5K pace.

Slow 200m between intervals and 400m between sets (can be a run/jog)

 

3-7 miles easy

Tempo bay loop run with last mile being the fastest. Pre-meet

SIGN UP FOR WTC AT IMLEAGUES AND PLEASEEEE FILL OUT YOUR FORMS

There are 3 forms every member has to fill out once they request membership through IMLeagues. All the information is on our website under membership. These 3 forms (membership consent form, supplementary health waiver, and Wisconsin track club membership form) all need to be completed in order to compete in any meet.

All club members are required to fill out this safety module!!!! Here it is!

become an authorized driver

Basically, we need authorized drivers in order to drive to meets so if you are from Wisconsin, we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU to become an authorized driver. It is very easy:) All the info is here under step 3.

 

Pay your dues

Pay your semester dues of $30 to the venmo account (@WiscoTC). We keep track of everyone who has paid their dues because you must pay in order to compete in meets!
