Regionals:
Great job to everyone who ran at regionals this past weekend, both the men's and women's teams took 3rd place overall. Shout out to Dylan, Madi, Rissa, and Megan for being all-regional finishers!

If you want to compete at Nationals be sure to sign up by tonight (10/22). If you did not compete at regionals you can still sign up for the open 5k! Nationals is the best meet all year so be sure to sign up!

We will still meet Monday-Thursday @ 5:30 in front of P&L for the rest of the semester (even if it is dark and spooky). Saturday and Sunday we meet @ 10:00 in front of P&L.
