update on this season
Hello any new cows!!! This upcoming track season is a lot like last semester. You are required a mask to practice. You must reserve a spot on IMLeagues so make sure you set up you account on IMLeagues.
It is important that at practice you maintain six feet of distance between you and and other club members. People will run in groups of four at practice and these pods will be sent out in staggered waves. If you test positive or have covid symptoms, make sure you report this to club leadership.
The link below will show you how to sign up on IMLeagues.
what to expect for practice
SPRINTS: Sprinters will meet at the Shell. There will be two practices, one at 5pm and one at 6pm. They will meet at the Shell Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
DISTANCE: Distance will be meeting at Engineering Hall with practice times including 5:30pm practice time.
Monday and Wednesdays are workout days. 5:15pm for fast group 5:30pm for faster group.
Tuesday and Thursdays will be coed so they are not divided by pacing. Practices will still be held at 5:30pm.
Fridays we do not meet.
Saturdays are the fast pace long runs and Sundays will be the faster pace long runs which meet at 9am at Engineering Hall.

Freshman year to now
Brian Wiedenfeld: "I’m not lying when I say that joining WTC was the best decision I’ve made here at UW. Track club has given me some of my best memories, best friends and countless opportunities to do cool stuff. And to think I was going to give up running after high school! So happy to have spent my college years as a cow :)"
Quinn Lodholz: "Wtc helped me find some of my best friends and roommates. I am forever grateful for the fun moments that track has given me."
David Young: "WTC reminded me of how much a love track and field and how awesome the people involved are."
Allie Levin: "WTC has been an integral part of my college experience. Over the years, I've grown as a runner, student, leader, and community member all through the opportunities WTC has provided."
Ayyyyyyyy, epic mooseletter gang
