THIS WEEK: CARROLL INVITE AND PRE-CARROLL PASTA PARTY

This weekend the cows are traveling to Carroll for the last meet before Nationals! To celebrate/prepare, there will be a pasta dinner at the Cow House- info is on the Facebook page. (If you didn't get an invite, bother Bryan Jackler!) Also if you're going to Natties be sure to show up- there's very important paperwork that NEEDS to be filled out and everything will be available there!

For those participating in the meet, be sure to check the Facebook page or your email for information regarding cars or payment!

UPCOMING MEET: NIRCA NATS
Sign-ups for outdoor meets can now be found on the master sign up doc (top of page). Included in these meets is NIRCA Nationals, aka the actual best meet of the year (CLOSED NOW). 
NIRCA Nats will be taking place April 8-9 in Bloomington, Indiana, leaving Friday night and returning on Sunday. We highly encourage everyone to sign up and compete, as it is an amazing opportunity to compete with your fellow cows against other NIRCA teams. There are also events for everyone, including a half-marathon option. 

For anyone participating, keep extra updated for information regarding car lists, payment, and hotels!!!

CLUB RELAYS PERFORMANCE LISTS

Ryan Diedrich strikes again with some performance lists from Club Relays. Special shoutouts to Katelyn Thomas, Natalie Tufvesson, Hanna Docter, Madi Pape, Sara Kaiser, Laura Canapa, Peter Van Beek, Hunter Cummings, Will Jordan, Evan Routhier, Evan Kohl, and Andrew Shilling, who each contributed five points or more to the overall team score!   Women   Men

FEMALE TEAM JACKETS
Thanks to Jing and Lauren's work with our VHH grant, we now have some sick women's team jackets! Jackets will be distributed for the semester/season for a fee of $45. For more info, message Sara Kaiser or Lauren McCay!

NOW STARTING: TRACK SEASON
As you could probably tell from the rest of the contents of this newsletter, it's TRACK TIME! That means a new season, new workouts, and new members! Therefore, here's some things that you can do:
NEW SEASON: Pay your dues, fill out membership forms, and become an authorized driver (if you haven't already)
NEW WORKOUTS: Stay up to date with the workouts of the week by checking your email for coach's instructions or the Facebook and Herdfinder pages (found in quick links)
NEW MEMBERS: Call yo friends, family members, teammates, etc that like running and tell them about track club. There will probably be some new members for the track season, so be super helpful and point them toward the resources and such that they need! If you are a new member, most of the important links are under "quick links", and if anyone has any questions, just ask a board member or regular member!

NEW STUFF

ITS NEVER TOO LATE TO ACT
ACT is an awesome volunteer opportunity where runners can exercise with other runners with special needs. Its a perfect time to find a running buddy, and it's a great event that can always use more volunteers! ACT meets at 10 AM at the Shell every Saturday morning on the bleachers by the pole vault pit!

That being said, there are only three more ACT sessions this spring, so be sure to take part in this experience! If you have any questions, contact Jordyn Riemer!

POINTER FINAL QUALIFIER-RESULTS

CLUB RELAYS-RESULTS
Shoutout to everyone who competed at Club Relays! Overall, Women placed 3rd in the meet while men placed second!
Special shoutout to Luke Kubasta for taking pics, Ryan Diedrich and Cierra Haupert (plus friends) for timing almost every event, to the authorized drivers, and to everyone who competed in three or more events!
