Matt Cooper | Virtual coach

Hi cows, My name is Matt Cooper and I operate as a virtual coach for the distance squad. I’ve been running competitively for over 17 years and enjoy passing down my coaching knowledge to others. With a background in exercise science and personal training, I strive to blend traditional run training with supplementary strength and mobility work. This allows athletes to compete at their best while staying healthy in the sport. I like to coach because I enjoy helping others discover their love of running and reach their goals. Providing this sense of direction, guidance, and inspiration for others is incredibly rewarding. Let’s have a great season!
