workshop- march 6th

Okay cows, the time has come. The workshop is on March 6th and we need every member to be there at 6:30PM at the Nat, room 1140. Practice will be canceled for everyone on this day in order to make it to the workshop! Use herd finder to find some running buddies that day!

Starting the week of 3/10-3/16, we will be moving from the Shell to McClimon Track! Mid-Distance/Distance will then begin doing workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will have the track reserved from 6-7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the rest of the school year except the week of Spring Break. Note: Mid-Distance/Distance will begin meeting at Park and Langdon in front of Science Hall at 5:30 pm starting the week of 3/10-3/16.We’ll do a warm up jog together over to the boat landing where we will do drills, and then we will move over to the track to begin the workout at 6 pm. I hope you’re all excited to get out of the Shell and move outside!

volunteering opportunities

First of all, GREAT JOB TO EVERYONE WHO WORKED CONCESSIONS! It went super well! Second, for those of you who haven't volunteered yet, everyone needs two hours of volunteer work or you are kicked off the WIN roster! The deadline for this is May 1st. The  opportunities to volunteer right now are RACE. Check it out in the sign up sheet.
