Course

2017 brings you a brand new course design! Start in the grassy University Bay fields before heading up into the Shorewood Hills subdivision, where you'll experience a bit of rolling terrain. At the 1-mile marker, take advantage of a nice downhill as you cruise down onto the flat and fast paved bike path towards Picnic Point Lakeshore Nature Reserve. There, you'll join up with the scenic Howard Temin Lakeshore Path. Take in the sights of U-Bay on Lake Mendota until you near the UW Marching Band Practice Field, then turn towards home! Make your final surge to the finish on another flat and fast stretch of the bike path. The finish chute turns off into the University Bay fields, right next to where you started. Check out the route on MapMyRun, or see below for a detailed, interactive look!
